Additionally, there are serigraphy, hot stamping, screen printing, color coating (glossy or matte, transparent, semi-transparent, non-transparent, partial coating, rubber soft-touch), UV plating, frosting, sandblasting and polishing and etc.

MOQ depends on the glass quality and bottle capacity.

 Generally: 

 Extra white flint glass: MOQ can be 10,000 bottles for 700ml or 750ml. 

 Standard white flint glass: MOQ can be 100,000pcs for 700ml or 750ml bottle. 

 Miniature bottles: MOQ can be 20,000pcs. 

 High borosilicate or ceramic: MOQ can be just 5,000pcs to 10,000pcs, depends on the design.

We can make samples according to your requirement, pictures or pantone No. or physical sample, the samples cost will be calculated according to design and bottle shape.

Standard molds can be used by any bottling company. And the cost of the mold is included as a proportion of the cost per item. Bespoke molds are exclusively for customers’ exclusive brands and markets. The cost of the mold is a one-off cost.

From the time the customer approves the drawing to fully decorated samples, it usually takes about 4 weeks.
